Excavation below roof slab has been commenced at Nehru park station and has reached up to concourse level by adopting top down methodology.
The excavation is done in a sequential manner. The concourse slab concreting is expected to commence within the fortnight.
Track work in progress
The track works for about 3.5 kms between Vadapalani and CMBT stations have been completed. About 2.6 km has been handed over for other system works such as OHE Erection etc.
