    Southscope is an Indian based, monthly, English-language film magazine Which focuses on who-what-where-when-why-why not-how of South Indian films,film personalities and the Industry.

    Lux Sandal South Scope Awards function was held on September 19th 2010 at Hyderabad International Convention Center. The South Scope Awards function for 2009 honors best talent across South Indian cinema – Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

    Stars like Chiranjeevi, Genelia, Vikram, Suriya, Charmi, Mamta Mohandas, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, Ram Charan, Reema Sen, Allu Arjun, Deeksha, Prabhu Deva, Namitha, Nayanthara etc grace the function.

    2010 Winners List

    The Lux Sandal South Scope Awards 2010 was held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre. The grand function was hosted by Shriya Saran and Shyam and the beautiful Sridevi Boney Kapoor was the Chief Guest of the show.

    The show was graced with the presence of celebrities like Prabhu Deva, Genelia, Nayanthara, Namitha and Mamta Mohandas.

    Best music director-Devi Sri Prasad for Arya 2
    Best comedy actor-Brahmanandam for Konchem Istam Konchem Kastam
    Best character actress-Ramya krishna for Konchem Istam Konchem Kastam
    Best character actor-Sonu Sood for Arundhati
    Best cinematographer- Senthil Kumar for Magadheera
    Best lyricist-Chandrabose for Magadheera (Panchadara Bomma)
